Comment: This is very helpful. I was wondering if you have to get a min record date from the flat file and put the result in the "Use results of an SQL Query" from the Lookup Transformation Editor in the Where clause. I would actually prefer to use all the date values found in the flat file and put it in a string that I search for record dates in the where. this way I do not have to go beyond the dates searched than what it is in the flat file. I was thinking of creating a variable that the minimum record date is then passed into the SQL query of the Lookup Transformation Editor. Thoughts or suggestions?
